Giusto ieri sera The National hanno annunciato l’uscita del loro nuovo album intitolato “Sleep Well Beast” che verrà pubblicato l’8 settembre da 4AD. La band ha condivide ora il video per il primo singolo estratto dal successore di “Trouble Will Find Me” del 2013 ed intitolato “The System Only Dreams In Total Darkness” e diretto dall’artista visuale Casey Reas.
La band statunitense, inoltre, condivide i dettagli del loro settimo album in studio, come copertina e tracklist completa, che voi trovate di seguito alla news assieme al succitato video. Il disco è stato registrato, tra le altre cose, in diverse location a partire dal Long Pond Studio di Hudson Valley, New York, per arrivare fino a Parigi, Berlino e Los Angeles ed è stato co-prodotto da Matt Berninger e Bryce Dessner.
