LOL TOLHURST x BUDGIE x JACKNIFE LEE: a novembre l’album di debutto “Los Angeles”

Perché sprecarsi per scegliere un nome per il proprio (super)gruppo quando la fama precede Lol Tolhurst, Budgie e Garrett “Jacknife” Lee. Se non lo sapete i primi due sono i batteristi di The Cure e Siouxsie and the Banshees mentre il terzo è uno dei produttori più gettonati degli ultimi anni (con all’attivo lavori con U2, Bat for Lashes, R.E.M., Weezer e via dicendo).

Il trio ha così deciso di unire le forze per registrare l’album di debutto “Los Angeles“, tra i cui ospiti spiccano nomi del calibro di James Murphy degli LCD Soundsystem, Bobby Gillespie, The Edge, Lonnie Holley, Mary Lattimore, Arrow de Wilde degli Starcrawler e Mark Bowen degli IDLES. Il disco verrà pubblicato il 3 novembre da Play It Again Sam.
